The company researches, develops, manufactures and sells fluorine (PTFE) and silicone coated products. It was among the first in its industry to pass ISO 9001:2000 and SGS certification.
Chuanda develops new products in cooperation with universities and research institutes. It is one of the key research and manufacturing bases for PTFE (Teflon) adhesive fabric, tape and silicone coated fiberglass fabric series in China. Products ship to more than ten countries and regions — Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Taiwan.

Raw Yarn & Core Fabric Inspection
Every roll of imported E-glass filament and base cloth is inspected for tensile strength, weave density, and moisture balance before coating.
Multi-Pass PTFE Impregnation & Sintering
Liquid PTFE dispersion is applied in repeated micro-layers, dried, and baked in high-temp ovens (up to 380°C) to ensure a smooth, pinhole-free matrix.
Adhesive Lamination & Thermal Curing
Specially formulated pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive is coated under precise thickness gauge monitoring to maintain uniform peel adhesion.
Lot Testing & Tensile Verification
Each production batch undergoes 180° peel adhesion, tensile pull, dielectric breakdown, and high-temp heat cycling tests before packaging.
